Support Services

YOU ARE NOT ALONE

Each patient and every family member are unique individuals with unique issues and questions. The end-of-life process is as unique as the person experiencing it. We are here to answer your questions.

Our hospice support team helps patients and families with personal care needs along with social, emotional issues, and grief. We have grief counselors available to meet with you at your request before and after the death of your loved one.

Through our professional team of bereavement counselors, social workers, and volunteers we offer support to you and/or your family members as requested. For more information about our support services and bereavement care program, contact our hospice agency near you. Any caregiver, roommate, close friend or family member of a hospice patient is eligible for support and bereavement services.
